Booking policy

Ginti Permanent terms and conditions:

All chargeable appointments will be secured with a booking deposit fee. It will be deducted from the
offered price and it guarantees the appointment. Cancellation or Re-schedule within less than 72
hours, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE No Show for the booked
appointments, means booking fees will be charged and are NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case of
failure to inform me at least 72h, it will not give the salon enough time to find a booking replacement
designated for you.

If you will fail to inform me about cancellation or changes less than 72h deposit will not be moved or
refunded under any circumstances.

By sending the deposit you agree with all terms listed above. This includes if customer or any of
his/hers household has covid-19 and you have to self isolate. No refund of your booking fee will be
possible.

Please arrive on time: not earlier than 5 and not later than 10 min of booked time. If you are running
late please text the number I will provide you when booking is confirmed. If you arrived earlier please
text me and if I have finished with previous booking I will let you know if we can start early.
Please respect the minimum requirements mentioned in the Medical History form – no Aspirin and/or
other blood thinning medication, no alcohol min 16h before the treatment; no Coffee/Black Tea min
3h before the treatment.
I would kindly ask that you do not bring small children/babies along with you. Please do not arrive
accompanied by other adults, as I must adhere to follow government guidelines of social distancing
and maintaining public gathering to a minimum.
If there is a special reason for which to arrive accompanied by other adults, kindly note they will have
to wait in the waiting area (i.e only 1 seat available) or anywhere else outside our business premises
if they wishes to do so. They must also conduct themselves in an orderly manner and respect the
same rules.

Cash, Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card payments accepted.

Touch up procedure late cancelation/ no show

Please understand that when you request to reschedule, forget or cancel your appointment
without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on
my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a re- booking fee of £40 will apply if you fail
to give at least 72 hours notice that you will not be able to make your TOUCH UP appointment
under ANY circumstances.
